This in turn keeps them happy and content and subsequently only allows other “agents” to offer them inferior plans, thus keeping you as the agent of record by default. As I stated this is a philosophy so there still is a lot of hard work needed to keep and build your book of business, but this philosophy builds long-term loyalty. Loyalty that builds strong commitments between you and your clients.
